In addition to our contract services, which can also be made available on a one-off basis if you do not need regular cleaning, we offer a range of specialist cleaning services.

Mental Health

CHS have worked closely with most of the mental health teams in South Wales

over the past few years assisting mental health workers return properties to a habitable state after neglect. For more information on our work with mental health teams, see the "BioHazard" section of this site

Builders Cleans

The cleaning of buildings before occupancy is an area where we excel.  Whether you are selling or letting a building, we can provide a service to leave the interior spotless, possibly adding to the value of the premises in the process.

We would normally expect the building to be empty of furniture for this service, however we are able to provide a clearing service between tenants should that be required.

Fire and Flood Damage

We offer a cleaning service to deal with fire and flood damage including sewge contamination. Hopefully you will never need this service, but should you be unfortunate enough to have a fire or flood, we can help.

We have expertise in the removal and disposal of damaged goods and furniture, and in making the building habitable afterwards.  Complete drying out of a building or room, or the removal of soot and other fire damage can be accomplished providing a good environment for redecoration .

With flood damage, we will provide an estimate of the time required to dry out the premises, which will be dependent on the level of water ingression.
