While the bulk of our customers require regular cleaning on a contract basis, we understand that many people require a cleaning service infrequently or as a one-off. We are happy to provide either service, depending on your exact requirements.

Contract Cleaning
CHS have experience of cleaning a wide range of industrial and commercial premises including those in the licence trade, shops and offices.
Every premise is unique, and we believe in providing contract services that are tailored exactly to your requirements. After a full inspection of the premise, we would agree with you a schedule of cleaning, and the price, and either can be adjusted to ensure that you get the best value service.
Should your requirements change at any time, we are happy to discuss this and to amend the schedule of services accordingly.
Within the contract cleaning field, we can also provide specialist services on a regular basis.
Carpet Cleaning
On-site carpet cleaning is cheaper than getting replacements, and does not necessitate the removal of furniture. We have a number of different options in terms of the cleaning methods, but all can be accomplished in the evening, providing a fully cleaned and ready carpet for the office the next morning.
We are also available for carpet cleaning in the home for a wide range of stains and soiling caused by pets, decorating, building work or floods etc.
Floor Polishing
In addition to the usual floor polishing services for wooden or man made flooring, we provide a service to strip and reseal floors. Taking off the old sealant or varnish, and replacing with top quality products.
End of tenancy cleaning
CHS will provide an end of tenancy cleaning to the landlords standards. This includes all aspects of the property.
Kitchen Degreasing
From cleaning down a single appliance, to the complete degreasing of all of your equipment, together with a full clean of the floors, walls, and if necessary ceiling, CHS provide a complete service to you.
Upon completion, the appliance or kitchen should look like new.
In addition to the usual services, we have equipment that can get into those difficult to reach areas, and we fully clean through cracks between the tiling.
Cleaning kitchen canopies for hygiene purposes and to reduce any fire risk from the build up of grease in canopy filters. After a CHS Kitchen clean we offer the correct documentation to help meet heath and safety requirements.
Deodorising
In addition to cleaning services, we also have equipment that will deodorise an area. A controlled environment, driven by air conditioning, can encourage the breeding of bugs and mites, but utilising a specialist electronic air purification system imported from the US, we can help to reduce this possibility.

We offer a free, impartial, no obligation washroom inspection to help you comply with health and safety law.
